We went with Emad as our guide and Ahmed as our driver and both were fantastic. Emad met us on our ship and immediately showed his passion for Egypt and its history from the first moment. That continued as we took our tour, sharing stories, providing details and answering questions, while giving us plenty of free time to take photos and explore on our own. The minibus we took was really good quality and Ahmed’s driving felt super safe, and the made sure they got us back to the cruise ship in plenty of time. I would highly recommend this tour and Emad and Ahmed. Thanks guys!

Went with EMO Tours and the guide Samir Faber for a half-day trip around Aswan. Samir was a very knowledgeable person who could give detailed information about the schedule. We visited the unfinished Obelisk, the old and new high dam and last the old temple of Phiae. Everything worked well and it was a fabulous morning!

Magdy and Tariq were kind and accommodating throughout the trip. It made everything lighter eventhough the weather is super hot for us to handle.

Today we had a fantastic tour of the Philae temple, Nubian village and botanical garden. Our guide, Magdy, was simply AMAZING. Incredible knowledgeable, smiley, supportive and kind. Highly recommended if you need a guide for either Aswan, Luxor, Abu Simbel and any other site nearby!

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m really happy and completely satisfied with my tour in Aswan! My guide put in a lot of effort to show me everything and made sure I got to see all the places I wanted. It was a relaxed and personal experience. Definitely recommended for anyone who wants to truly discover Aswan. Thanks to my Guide Samir Gaber

While it was advertised as a full day experience, it was really more of a half day tour (around 4 hours). Our guide, was very knowledgeable and informative, sharing lots of interesting details about Aswan’s history and the sites we visited. However, the pace was quite fast, and at times it felt a bit rushed. The guide also insisted on taking many photos of us, which, while well intentioned, made the tour a bit tiring and less relaxed. Overall, it was still a good and informative experience, perfect if you want to see the main highlights of Aswan in a short time.

Our guide Samir Jaber was an amazing guide and semi professional photographer. His photography skills were outstanding and his knowledge was incredible. He was eager to share his knowledge of all of the places we visited. He sad started the day with a quick overview of what to expect. He was able to teach us a lot of Egyptian history in one morning. He also suggested a great place for lunch which we took his suggestion and enjoyed a great Aswan lunch. I would recommend this tour if you want to learn more about the history of Aswan. Make sure to request Samir as your guide.

Samir Gaber is great guide for Aswan and Abu Simbel. I just finished this tour for Aswan and Abu Simbel. Mr Samir takes good care of us and we had great time. I recommend him for next visit to Egypt.

Pretty good excursion once the tour guide finally picked us up. We waited an hour after our flight and were told they had been waiting for us, but I'm not convinced. They had our phone number, so can't figure out why they didn't call. Anyway, the sites were interesting and they dropped us off at our hotel after which was what we wanted. If I were to do the tour again, I'd do it with just the driver-don't feel the guide added much to the tour.
